Behind The Name

Our On the Brink series creates fun new takes on some of our core beer offerings. Similar to the previous rendition of this beer, we sidelined some Shatter Cone IPA wort away from the main batch, and fermented and dry-hopped the beer separately with gobs of Sultana hops. Sultana brings huge notes of ripe citrus and pine to this balanced and approachable West Coast style IPA. Due to the extremely limited nature of this beer, it will only be available at the taproom for a limited time, so be sure to grab some while you can!
