The Big One Rotating DIPA hit again on 6/3/2022! This 8.0% ABV behemoth boasts a massive double dry hop of lupulin-enriched Belma, Mosaic, Amarillo and Centennial hops packing a powerhouse combo of juicy pineapple, resiny pine and sweet candied cannabis. Get your hands on some while you can, because once it is gone, it’s gone for good, or at least until we decide to brew it again! Remember, it’s not if, but when!

Behind The Name

The Big One is a rotating series of Double IPAs which changes a little bit each time we brew it. While it always remains an 8.0% ABV, 90 IBU, West Coast DIPA, we will keep shaking things up by introducing new hops, new malts, and new brewhouse procedures with each iteration. The Big One is designed to keep things fresh and interesting for brewers and beer drinkers alike.
